Meet Robin Klaver: the creative force behind Magnificence.
Robin Klaver, born on 17 February 1994 in Leeuwarden, is a Dutch DJ, producer and sound engineer who made a name for himself worldwide as Magnificence. His musical journey started at a young age and has led to collaborations with some of the biggest names in electronic music.
FROM LEEUWARDEN TO THE WORLD’S STAGES
Robin’s passion for music took him from local clubs to international festivals. As part of the duo Magnificence, he broke through with releases on labels such as Spinnin’ Records and Protocol Recordings. A turning point came when Axtone’s Edd Thomas sent eight of their demos to Axwell, who was impressed and signed all of them. This led to contributions to Swedish House Mafia’s Ultra 2018 reunion, including the tracks "Cobra" and "Fire".
Since then, Robin has played iconic festivals such as Tomorrowland, Mysteryland, Creamfields (mainstage) and Ushuaïa Ibiza, and opened for greats like Martin Garrix, Tiësto and Axwell. He also performed at venues like the Ziggo Dome and at festivals such as RFM Somnii and Electrobeach.
A WORLD TOUR ON BEATS
With Magnificence, Robin toured countries including China, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Greece, Slovenia, Albania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Ireland, Scotland, the USA and Canada. That makes him one of the few Frisian producers to win over clubs and mainstages around the world.

Robin’s studio work is just as impressive as his live shows. He is currently working with Axwell, producing the new single by La Fuente and mixing tracks for none other than Afrojack. His versatility and dedication make him a sought-after producer in the industry.

Besides his international career as a DJ and producer, Robin Klaver is a permanent member of the team at Foltaazje Studios in Leeuwarden. In studio 2A he works as sound designer, mixing engineer and mastering engineer. Here he not only works on his own music, but also offers professional services to other artists and producers. With his technical expertise and creative insight, Robin helps musicians take their sound to the next level. His involvement with Foltaazje underlines his commitment to the local music scene and his passion for sharing knowledge and experience.
